I now have the pleasure of shooting for all three theaters on Maui. I love the theater and people with the talent of acting. I get to spend time in the theaters and observe the actors perfecting their art, not a bad way to pass the time. My favorite thing to do is the production promo shoot. I did a green screen poster shoot for the upcoming MAPA production of Macbeth, my first Shakespeare shoot.

I'm not doing the poster but I couldn't resist doing a few composite photographs using the green screen shots of Macbeth (William Makozak) and Lady Macbeth (Beth Williams). I used elements from the photographs below to create the final images.

Old Maui High, Old Haiku Sugar Mill, concrete water tower legs from northern California and arches from Mission San Antonio de Padua in Jolon, CA.Three of the elements were combined to create these images of a bloody Macbeth and Lady Macbeth.

The arches were used in this B&W image of Macbeth and Lady Macbeth.

Maui is lucky to have so many talented actors and three wonderful venues for them; MAPA and the Steppingstone Playhouse in Kahului, Maui On Stage and the Iao Theater in Wailuku, Proarts and the Proarts Theater in Kihei.
